Unknown Living Structure. An enormous passive organism measuring more than two kilometers tall and nearly three kilometers wide. Not a tree, despite its appearance — surface analysis inconclusive. One of the largest organisms ever documented on a planetary surface. Not purely photosynthetic — sunlight cannot sustain its full volume. Possibly dormant or dying: spectral analysis shows minimal internal activity, and organic offgassing suggests the onset of decomposition. May extract minerals and nutrients from a huge area through a theorized subsurface root network. Archived data fragment: 'The only thing you need to do is go towards that tree.
